erectile dysfunction and phimosis problem

Hello guys

I am 25 years old. I am masturbating since i was 17 years old. But from last 6 months i am feeling that i have erectile dysfunction. My penis does not get that harder as it was before. I had got this problem also some years ago but it was cured automatically when i left masturbating for sometime. But now i feel that it has become very serious problem for me. Now when i see girl and think some sexual about a girl  then i feel a sensation in my penis but does not get erection as it gets before. Also u am facing premture ejaculation and semen leakege in urine. So My questions are

1.  Can leaving masturbation cure erectile dysfunction and premature ejaculation and semen leakege???
2.   Would i need viagra for all my future???
3.   Do i need to check my sperm count . and how much sperm count is needed to be father???????
4 i have phimosis problem. My foreskin don't retract when my penis is fully errected.

1)yes it will cure it, as long as you leave masturbation and porn alone. only if you dont have another medical condition that causes ed.
2)since it can be taken as a test from the companies that sell, for a more substantial supply you will need to see a doctor.
3)No, mbing alot lowers sperm count, so does smoking pot, infections.
4)you might need to have that surgically corrected.

the cure for ed is abstaining from porn and mb, for at least a month or 2.
