You need to get comfortable with your partner before attempting intercourse.  Allow your partner to give you a slow handjob with lubrication using one hand to stroke your shaft and the other to hold your balls.  In this way, you will not have to "perform" but to just be stimulated as you both hopefully watch you get hard and ejaculate.  Do this at least two or more times per week to get at ease with your partner.  Do not masturbate otherwise but only have sexual release with your partner.

May I ask if this is during masturbation or with a partner or during both?  My feeling is that an erection is always more quality with a partner and not with intercourse, but with a hand job or oral stimulation from the partner.
