weak erection

I am a 23 year old gay man and recently have been having trouble "keeping it up" during intercourse. Normally I'm the "catcher" in the bedroom but have been trying to become more versatile.   Most of the time I can get erect but i quickly loose it.  This only happens before and during intercourse. I have no problem masturbating and because I have been unemployed for about 6 months now masturbation has been more frequent. Is it possible to masturbate too much? Sometimes I get really bored and end up masturbating 2 to 3 times daily. It has really put a strain on my relationship. I consider myself to be healthy as I eat balanced meals and exercise a couple time a week. Please help me I don't know what to do.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL

Hello,
If you are having fine erections during masturbation then the cause of erectile dysfunction seems psychological in nature. You should go for a clinical examination and blood test to check for testosterone level etc for diagnosis. You should avoid alcohol and smoking, take healthy food, do sensual exercise, counseling done by a psychologist. You can do some regular exercise in form of yoga, shed weight and have a proper sleep.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
