weak erections

My age is just 18 yrs old i used to b the horniest kid  but fr last few months I am not able to get erections that I used to get before..I m really freaked out about this issue..please help me out

Google abdominal breathing. Learn it, practice it and use it to calm your erect penis.Try to avoid masturbation as long as you can. After about 3 months you will regenerate you sexual power.........Use the following tips;
Do M with lubricated hand.
Do not stop breathing.Continue slow abdominal breathing.
Take your time. Do not hurry.
Do not do in prone position. If you are lying down, keep your face up.
Keep your bladder empty.

AT 18, this is a problem. people usually have this issue only when watching porn and MB in thier 20's to 30's

Yes, stop porno and stop masturbation. During this time if you have sexual urge, just do deep, slow abdominal breathing. This will calm your urge to do masturbation. One cannot suppress the urge. One has to diver his mind to something else. Turning our attention to breathing we, can change our focus and be free from sexual urge. we cannot focus on two things.So focusing on breathing will free you from masturbation.
