Young man with erection problems.

For about the past year or year and a half I have had a hard time getting an erection and keeping one for very long. As long as I have a constant stimuli (either my hand or my girlfriend orally pleasing me) I can maintain an erection, though it isn't a rock hard one. Once that stops however and I try and put a condom on it almost instantly dies. It is extremely frustrating. I used to have erections all the time randomly throughout the day. Now however I don't even have morning wood. Or if I do it feels as if its only at half an erection. I'm not sure what the problem is. On top of all that, it feels as if I don't have that pleasuring sensation in my penis until I orgasm. I can feel my girlfriend orally pleasuring me but there is little to no sensation. Since I was around 13 I have been an avid masturbater. Sometimes I would masturbate more than once a day and could never go a day without doing it. Is masturbation the cause of all this? Should I quit out right? I would really appreciate an answer. Thanks guys

Masturbation is a natural habit. It does not do a permanent harm. You can ruminate your self if you stop masturbation for about 2 months. During this time if you have sexual urge, focus on you breathing till the urge goes away. You cannot stop urge by your will power only. You have to divert your mind to something else. Breathing is good for diverting your mind to something good. Learn abdominal breathing by from websites in Google.Practice abdominal breathing every day and use it to calm your sexual urge when it arises.Do not see porno at any time.
