Arm with limited range of motion?

I went into the gym and I realized that I can't lower the bar down to my shoulder, my shoulder has a very limited range in motion I've found out today. It's also started to feel strange on a regular basis instead of just in the gym when I'm doing bench presses. Why is this? Is there any exercises I can do at home to regain my healthy shoulder and my range of motion?
I'm unable to go to the doctor because my parents refuse to do so.

Hello!

What are the symptoms you have? Pain, inflammation etc. Did you have any injury previously? You need to assess the case by an expert sports orthopedician for a proper diagnosis.
Compare your movements with anyone at your home and show them the difference and convince them. Your coach also can ask them to ask for a consultancy. Proper diagnosis to take the right course is important.

Take care!

I have had problems with my rotator cuff and shoulder.  There are exercises you can do to try and strengthen the rotator cuff muscles.  Try this website for some exersises...http://www.myfit.ca/exercisedatabase/search.asp?muscle=Rotator%20Cuff&other=Shoulder%20Joint

I would try to see if you can see a doctor, showing your parents limited range of motion may help.
