Gym advice

If you've hit a wall and don't seem to be improving in how much you can lift for a while, could it be because you're going too much?  I go everyday during the week most of the time.

I assume you are not working the same muscles every day!! You need to give the group of muscles worked a day of rest.

I've noticed recently I'm not as motivated as I used to be mainly as my muscles always ache from the last workout or I feel worn out. Could this be a sign in working out too much?
