Headaches when working out. What could be wrong

Whenever im pushing myself during working out, whether its a set of push ups or lifting weights at the end of the set when im really pushing like when my face will get red, i will get a pretty bad headache pretty much forcing me to discontinue the workout.  Just has started happening the last week, but it always seems to happen. Do I have a brain tumor or something, whats wrong? =(

Thanks
Zach

I am a 53 year old male, just getting back into fitness. Working with my trainer yesterday, and about half way into the session, we were doing bicep curls. On the last rep, I felt as if my head was exploding on the left side. The pain subsided after a couple of minutes, but returned when i started squats. I stopped the session at that point.

36 hours later i am still left with a left side headache but it eases with Ibuprofen. I tested the " self relaxation " method and that brought it back with a vengence.
So no sex, no weights for a couple of weeks. this sight has been great as i was quite worried when I was still in pain today.
I will post follow ups.

Hi All i have been workingout for 7 years now and with an athletic physique, so just for change i hired a personal trainer and my main priority was legs.So im in the 2nd week of leg's workout and while doing the leg extensions of 15 reps with some really good weight i felt this sharp excruciating pain i literally pulled my hair but it subsided after 5 minutes. 3rd week into it this time on the smiths machine 14 th repetition i had this pain again twice the amount compared to the first time. The personal trainers told me that its normal when we do squats and push the envelop to the limit. They said even they have experienced it and they quit for a week to let the pain go. The same week doing an upper body workout the trainer wanted me to do pushups with the feet on the bench and after the 10th rep the pain started and he told me to get into to the squats cage and hold the bar on the top and do leg raises..Shortly after 9 or 10 reps the pain started to aggravate and i had to stop. Today i masturbated and i noticed as i approached the orgasm the pain came back with x 4 times higher. ( I have been used a pro hormone and im doing a PCT cycle) i have read that some PCT supplements increase high Blood pressure. Do you think that this is aggravating the situation? I will stop taking the pills from today. But I hope its just tension related pain and not internal bleeding in the head. Please any help would be highly appreciated.

Same thing happened to me on Legs. I was doing 500 seated press and it was a headache I have never had before. It went away later that day and the next workout I was fine, and today, shoulders I got it even worse! I guess I will have to wait and see how it goes tomorrow. It was the back of my head to, I have never had anything like this before. Age 21-190 LBS.
