Don't forget your diet should consist of 40% carbs 20% fat and 20% protein.
Thank you so much for help. I will check in the website as well. Yeah I'm learning my biggest problem is watching my calorie intake which very important at this point. Yeah I just finish walking and burn 452 calories.

I like this website because even though they are selling something, you can put in your height, weight, and age and activity level and they will give you how many calories you need to eat to lose weight along with other tips. If a pop-up comes up, just click the black "x" in the top right-hand corner to close it.
What I have done that works is write down my favorite foods. Not "healthy" foods, but the ones I love to eat. Then I get my total calories that I need to eat to lose weight. For me it is 1,200 since I don't exercise hardly at all. Then I divide by 3, for breakfast, lunch and dinner. So I can have 400 calories for breakfast, 400 for lunch, and 400 for dinner. Then I look at my favorite breakfast food - for me it is Fruit Loops and milk. I figure out from the box how many calories are in Fruit Loops and how many are in the milk and eat 400 calories worth. Same for lunch. If I love McDonald's, I pick something out that is 400 calories or under. Dinner too.
I am not sure about your age, but I checked on that website for you, and since you are working out, I put in that you were exercising. You get 1806 - 2362 a day. Every time you lose 10 pounds, go back to the website and plug in your new weight and it will adjust your calorie amounts.
Hope that helps a little. I don't know much about working out, but my mom lost 100 pounds without exercising AT ALL, and I'm a couch potato but lost the weight by cutting calories and that was it. Obviously you will lose weight faster by doing what you are doing!!
