how do you burn fat fast?

I weigh 148 and I'm 5'3. I want to lose 20 pounds before august 5. Any suggestions???

obviously clean up your diet.  do interval training in the morning on an empty stomach.

Your replies contain a number of very good suggestions - I will summerize them:

uses protein for breakfast (eggs) EXCELLENT! - instead of cereal/carbs eat protein !
she walks and does workouts - GREAT!
she lost 7 lbs in 5 days - most likely water, it comes of easy especially if you eat plenty protein

Most bottled juice is "dead" it has been heated/pasturized and much of the vitamin content destroyed, ends up being the equivalent of sugary water. If you want orange, eat the fruit instead of orange juice

I have some opinion with Lifehack that stock up on green tree, Pump iron, Eat iron, Order water-ask for refill, Get your thyroid checked , Avoid alcohol, Rev up your workouts also helpful for Burn Fat Faster. But after read the article I gathered my knowledge about" Lose Fat Faster".

Hi, if you could exercise (walk) go low carb, stop all pizza, pasta, juice, sugary things, drink a lot of water you would see a difference.

Oh sorry when i said the workouts they give here i was thinking i was on my other app lol, i have an app called workout trainer, its free and gives u workouts specific to ur goals, u should check it out

Oh wow im the exact same as u! Weight height aand goal weight, but im trying to lose it by the first day of summer, june 20. I've lost weight fast before but then i fall off of it again. This time im sticking with it. What i do is run in the mornings, about 1 or 2 miles, make sum eggs, do the workouts they give here, then later on in the day go outside for a walk for an hour. On top off that just eat healthy and trust me ul see the weight come off. Within 5 days i lost 7 lbs but that's just cuz it was the very start. After that ul lose it gradually. -april
