Most bottled juice is "dead" it has been heated/pasturized and much of the vitamin content destroyed, ends up being the equivalent of sugary water. If you want orange, eat the fruit instead of orange juice

Oh sorry when i said the workouts they give here i was thinking i was on my other app lol, i have an app called workout trainer, its free and gives u workouts specific to ur goals, u should check it out
Oh wow im the exact same as u! Weight height aand goal weight, but im trying to lose it by the first day of summer, june 20. I've lost weight fast before but then i fall off of it again. This time im sticking with it. What i do is run in the mornings, about 1 or 2 miles, make sum eggs, do the workouts they give here, then later on in the day go outside for a walk for an hour. On top off that just eat healthy and trust me ul see the weight come off. Within 5 days i lost 7 lbs but that's just cuz it was the very start. After that ul lose it gradually. -april
