It's hard for me to do the full week's worth though, which ***** because I really enjoy the videos...It seems like there isn't enough time in the day...it also doesn't help that I don't have all of the videos either...but I do them when I can. :)
Hello that is great keep using them, i have some at home and i use them rarely. so i decided to try some yoga cause i have some lower back pains. so i just recently got some yoga dvd in the mail and i'm going to try them out. you are doing a good job keep it up.
I'm getting better at the dvd's I'm not able to finish yet (read: Plyo) but my schedule is such that it's hard for me to do them every day. Blah. I'm still doing them though. :)
I'm on day 19 of P90X. I feel so much better,& i can tell it's working. Ab ripper x i hate it,but when it's over i love it. lol
Plyo was...difficult, lol...I was only able to do about 30 min. of it before I couldn't do anymore...took a day off yesterday (was supposed to do Kenpo) because my legs ached so damn bad...haha...but I'm noticing results already, and have dropped a couple pounds. :)
I used it after I had a baby and loved it! I know about 20 people that have or are using it now and all have had amazing results. I did the lean program and my husband did the regular one. We both got the results we wanted.
Plyo is the worst! Ugh I puked the first time I did it.
