Recently really bad headaches.

Hello I'm 18 years of age and about to go into the United States army. I have been working out for some times now and have been sexually active but have been safe about it. My question is when I'm having sex (about to climax) or working out and I reach the point where my body can't do much more I get very bad headaches on the right side of my head. These headaches last for about 3 mins and go away. I'm not sure what is happening or what I can do to help this. Can someone provide an answer? Thanks!

I would suggest that you do not belong in the military services. Nothing to be ashamed of. The etiology would be increased blood pressure secondary to the sexual arousal. Then there may be a problem with a developing aneurysm. Or an enlarged left heart. You need a neurological evaluation, and a cardiac evaluation (chemical stress test) with an MRA (dye contrast) MRI. In addition, this problem must be brought to the attention of the military physician who will evaluate you before entering active duty. There is a distinct possibility that this is a yellow flag for a potentially life-threatening situation.
