I suggest you see a Orthopedist for the knee and a Vascular doctor for the veins. I also think you should keep your leg raised above your heart when you sleep
You should go for some scans to diagnose any bone or soft tissue injury. As it is since 3 weeks you sustained the injury you should follow up with an orthopedician.
Take some NSAIDs to decrease the inflammation, apply ice packs and avoid putting any pressure on the affected leg till properly diagnosed.
Could I pose another question. I had concussion in March and since had to lie down for weeks and have not done any exercise for the past 5 months or more. Is that possibly related to the muscle pain and swollen veins? Three weks agao I just stretched to much getting out of bed and the symptoms appeared.
i get calf muscle stiffness after i get to bed want let me sleep to day i decided to see a doctor he gave me these pills .called teva-quinine.300mg to take 1 before go to bed. did any one have tried these?
