Vomiting after eating because of mucus appearing.

Hi straight to the prob.
After every meal, excess mucus appears in my throat and nose. Inside my nose becomes inflamed.
It makes me physically sick. It happened on a train, even though I carry tissues everywhere. Real embarrasing.

Hospital did colonoscopy, endoscopy - ruled out everything 'gastro' related. I'm going to see a nose / throat specialist but I'm asking if anyone else has had this problem? Any ideas?

This has been happening 12 months+
I'm heavily medicated: I take Levothyroxine, Olanzapine and have b12 injections all for 4+ years.
Again it doesn't matter what I eat, I tried gluten free, FODMAP diet, dairy free.
Basically, every time I eat mucus appears and I'm sick.

Any help appreciated!
