hi i recently went to the gym like i usually have been doing for 4 months now..i was on my normal chest training day when a friend told me that the dip machine works the chest well..so i tried it but i guess you had to put weight on it so its easy since im 205lb..so i steped on it and it went down fast and i made it time to jump of but it had a chance to stetch my chest muscles a bit and im concerned because it feels soar..so what should i do doc....please write back
