Eat healthy, reduce stress, drink less alcohol (if u drink) and stay active. People who are always on the go:cleaning, doing errands, taking the dog out for a walk, burn more calories than sedentary people. If you work at a desk get a standing desk or an exercise ball to sit on. Make use of any moment to tighten your core throughout the day.
