maintaing weight

i've been trying to get under 130 pounds  but i just keep maintaining the same weight, what do i do?

Well, is 130 maybe the right weight for you?  Sometimes that is the case.  You can try to cut out something that if it is out of your diet would impact your weight.  You can try to not eat after a set time, say 6 pm each night.  You can increase your exercise.  Did you lose weight originally to get to 130?

i lost weight origanally i'm trying to lose a little more
You don't say your sex, height, or build, so there's no way we can know if your weight is fine or you have a body image problem.
