guys please help i am 24 years old got selected in army i have to go through the training withing the few months.i have backpain too which comes and goes, which goes while running and it happens during some part of the day.
i was running for a long recently had pain in one leg which goes from from shin to calf muscle to the back of the knee.
i dont understand what to do.
i want to be fit within this period which i have before training.
please help.....
