Creatine supplements for muscle building

Does creatine really aid muscle growth?
On http://www.exerciseadvice.co.uk
they say that creatine is only of limited use and that the only way to build muscle tissue is to use progressive overload whereby you work to failure on a low rep set system.
Is this accurate?

yes.. that is quite acurate.. creatine gives wonder when it comes to gaining a pound of muscle combined with heavy exercise with an intesity to match.. and a proper aid in recovery.. i myself, in just about 6 weeks of intensive training, gained 7 pounds of pure muscle.. well, ok my waist line went an inch bigger a bit.. but really if ur gonna supplement creatine then it sure does work.. just dont overdosed yourself.. my creatine loading works when i take it at night.. i dont know why,., but everybody's different.. hope this help.. and oh, drink plenty of water while taking creatine supplementation..

To be honest with you that's all you need - 5g per day of creatine is enough to keep it going through your muscles.

I would recommend taking the Max Powers Anabolic Stack before working out, or if you don't plan on working out a day, take it in the morning with your protein when you wake up.

Those who look into this should really consider going on the creatine cycle, this is because your body gets used to creatine if you just keep taking it.   After that, stop all creatine intake for 3 weeks straight. After those 3 weeks, repeat the cycle.
