Hi so I'm having some problems with exercising. I'm 20 years old, a female, and have been exercising for 12 days now. I usually do sit-ups, push-ups, plank, squats, leg raises, side lunges, fire hydrant, jumping jacks, crunches, bench dips, scissors, bicep curls, and sometimes add other exercises do help with legs, triceps, and stomach. I exercise for three days, take a day break, then again three days with a day break. I increase each exercise by maybe 2, 5 or 10. For example sit-ups would increase 5 per day. I used to be able to do 25 "manly" sit-ups, (the one when you don't touch the floor with your feet or back), but now I can barely do 10 without being exhausted all over. I kept ignoring it thinking it will pass with time, but it seems to be getting worst.
So there is probably one thing you should know about me, which I don't think is important but just in case. I've had two seizures on October and on New Years Eve. I sometimes (maybe three times) panic, but other wise I'm completely healthy. I've had a MRI and there is nothing wrong, tomorrow I will be having a EEG but I'm sure there is nothing wrong. Probably stress.
Anyways, I'm currently on holiday, I eat healthy, like porridge (oats) in the morning, fruits (orange) for snacks, maybe corn flakes with honey, yoghurt, fruit or toast for lunch and for dinner usually meats with salad or roasted vegetables. Also something odd is I don't feel like eating a lot of the times, sometimes I almost feel sick.
So my question is, why I getting weaker?
