Not sure if Im doing something wrong.

Just shifted my diet from eating burgers, fries and cheesesteaks which has gotten me to be about 80lbs overweight ...to fish, grilled chicken, black beans, salads fruits and vegetables and I am having a extremely hard time eating enough calories. Today I have eaten probably 400 calories and worked out and burned about 388. I just feel too full to eat. Should I just eat as much as I can without stuffing myself and when my body tells me it needs more make adjustments then or should I just stuff myself to make sure I eat atleast 1500 calories?

First I would tell you that you need to find out what your daily calorie burn is first before you do anything else. because if you don't know what your daily calorie burn is it's like burning your tires and you're not going anywhere.

next you should be taking an active log of what you're eating your intake your outtake to get a better idea of what you're eating just saying you're eating clean does not mean you're eating processed foods.

now I have the same issue that you do about eating so much at one meal that you feel full all throughout the day. Now what I do is I eat smaller meals, but I eat 5 times a day. For example my breakfast would be something very small like a bowl of oatmeal and a protein shake. Next I would have something about 3 to 4 hours later something small like a like a bag of nuts or a protein shake something just very small.. lunch I would start a carb up and then get a little bit of protein because in a few hours I will be going to the gym or I'm doing some type of cardio. There right after the gym no more than 30 to 45 minutes later you should be eating another meal and right before you go to bed have a protein shake or  2 spoonfuls of peanut butterbasically so your body will have a full stomach before you goes to bed instead of an empty one.

Yes, you need to eat at least about 1500 calories a day.  If you're only eating a few hundred calories a day, you're probably eating very little fat.  Eating more fat is the quickest way to increase calories, and some fats are very healthy.  One thing you can do is to get some high-quality olive oil and drizzle it over your food.  But if you have to force yourself to eat, then yes, force yourself to eat at least 1500 calories a day.  On anything less, it is almost impossible to meet all of your nutritional needs.  Starvation is no way to diet.  Good luck.
