Tae Bo

Is tae bo considered a high impact or low impact aerobics?
There are lots of kicking/punching/and marching. But no running or such.....

Hello!

Tae Bo is the ultimate workout combining martial arts and dance rythms. It is a very good form of high intense cardio activity.

It was developed by taekwondo practitioner Billy Blanks and was also called cardio-boxing . If you are physically active you can start Tae Bo.
