Try doing a 3 day juice detox, they are great to kick start a new healthy life style. When you have finished your detox, just simply eat healthy, and not too much, and exersize 5+ hours a week. If on some days you don't feel like leaving the house to exersize, look at a YouTube channel called blogilates, she has loads of work out videos you can do at home without any equipment and they are really fun and motivating too
Try to research clean eating and really give it a try! One big mind changer for me was watching a documentary called "Fat, sick and nearly dead". It has a large emphasis on juicing, but I would apply that to fresh, whole foods as well. Changing to this way of eating gave me a renewed energy and motivation to continue changing. I also love blogilates on youtube! As for jogging - try listening to your favorite music - puts me in my own zone where others tend to dissappear!
