under eye muscle weak

For the past 5 months i notice my under eye muscle is moving when i speak , chew etc.this is different than a spasm that happens from time to time.this does not happen at random again it is very visible upon speaking like it is weak, it looks permanent any thoughts?

You could have develop Marcus-Gunn jaw-winking. You need to see an Eye MD ophthalmologist   ask your family MD to refer you or if you live in USA go to www.geteyesmart.org to find one near you
