Astigmatism of -0.75 after blepharoplasty & reversal.. Can it be disappeared?

I acquired irregular corneal astigmatism of -0.75 after ptosis repair & double eyelid surgery. Actually I reversed the surgery by removing all the sutures inside my eye after 5 days post-op, but still tight new double eyelid remains in my eye , and also there are thick long scar tissues across my eyelid. (I can feel thick long lump inside my eyelid under&near incision area) (It's 5.5 weeks post-op now)
Three of 5mm incision was done when my surgeon removed all the sutures, and new double eyelid seems like formed because of that incision areas.

My pre-op vision was really good. It was 20/20 with no astigmatism.
Now, my vision got awful and cant see(focus) letters on book or computer without very severe eye strain. Every light on night goes up a lot and I see three moons above the sky. Eyeglasses doesn't fix the issue perfectly.
I went to see ophthalmolost and he said my upper cornea got pressed by some tight thing(probably tight eyelid adhesion) (I did corneal topography).

My surgeon just refuse to admit his fault.. He's keep saying that "it cannot be happen. Probably it's not from surgery". But it cannot make any sense. I lived 22 years with really great eye and I was able to do over 10 hours of computer programming with small letter in dark room with dark background pre-op.

I'm really worried, depressed and lost lots of motivations.. I am not sure why this happened (what can be cause: 1. Thick long scar? 2. Tight double eyelid adhesion? 3. increased pressure from eyelid as new double fold eyelid formed?) and can the changed corneal curvature be restored after a long time (1~3years) when the external pressure pressing my cornea got removed as adhesion got weaker or removed (new double eyelid removed).
Please help me..
By the way, I'm asian and I had no double eyelid before.

(I found that people with chalazion also suffers with induced astigmatism like me. So my last question also can be 'Assume someone acquired induced corneal astigmatism after having chalazion on eyelid. Can the changed corneal curvature restored(corneal astigmatism disappear) if someone removes chalazion after 1~3 years it appeared? How elastic is cornea?')

Please help me.. I'm having a really hard time now.. Thanks

Hi, I saw that you replied to my post also regarding a chalazion. I would suggest that you visit well renowned cornea specialist and ocuplastic surgeon like Dr. Hagan has mentioned. You seem to have a fee procedures performed on your eyelid which is causing the astigmatism. The chalazion which causes astigmatism is temporary and after it is removed the astigmatism resolves gradually which is what I was told. I plan on using warm compresses a little longer to see if my chalazion will go away. If it doesn't I'm going to get it removed. I hope I was able to help here. Keep me updated if you can. Also don't lose hope!

It's not clear to me what "double eyelid surgery" is. It would be unusual for ptosis or eyelid surgery to cause irregular astigmatism (even the chalazion cause astigmatism you have read about is usually regular astigmatism).  I note you live in NY. I would suggest you head for one of the many fine ophthalmology departments as you will likely need the services of a cornea surgeon and perhaps an oculoplastic surgeon. You might consider Cornell, SUNY, NY Eye & Ear.  I would not go to Columbia U as I think a weak program. There are also numerous well known and well trained private practitioners. It's not likely you are going to make any progress with the original eyelid surgeon.

Thank you Dr. Hagan for your kind answer.

The 'double eyelid surgery' is asian blepharoplasty. Here's the picture of my eye 5days post-op. (swelling has gone now)

(I had really small eye before surgery).

Also

is the photo of corneal topography result which is similar to my one (although my one is not that red. it's yellow).

One thing I'm really concerning is the following one.
'Can the changed corneal curvature restored(corneal astigmatism disappear) if the external pressure pressing my cornea got removed?'

I found my concern is quite similar to the concern in this post.

You mentioned here the astigmatism is temporary not permannent for adults. Does this fact apply to my case? I'm 20.6 years old now..

Thanks for answering my question.

Well your corneal OCT does show irregular astigmatism. My original post still stands. Try and head for high quality, tertiary referral center with cornea/refractive surgeon and oculoplastic surgeon on staff.  This is a very unusual case and I have no significant experience to draw on.
