Baggy green eyes

What would be a possible cause of the color green forming under the eyes? What would also be treatments for this?

Green eyes also known as chloropsia can form from drugs, snoweyes or intense stimulation. Keep your eyes clean and consult an eye doctor to help yopu get the right treatment.

"Green eyes"is not technically correct.  It is green VISION, not eye turning green or green iris or external eye (sclera/conjunctiva) turning green.  DEFINITION: Chromatopsia (i.e., “see color”) is an uncommon condition in which a patient experiences an increased perception of an environmental hue, leading to color-tinged vision.

Hello, what you are suffering from is an bacterial infection in your eyes and the green color is eye mucus which gets discharged. Dont worry visit a eye doctor for a check up and follow the medications. try to keep your eyes away from dust and bacteria, for better wear a sun glass it would help.

You will have to be more specific, do you mean on the eye itself? If so what part the iris, cornea, conjunctiva  or on the eyelids. Can you post a photo.

The skin underneath the eyes, I'm pretty sure it's also called a "tear trough," appears to be green. I'm not quite sure if this is a concern or not. It's not a bruise.
