Black Spots, Floaters, is it dead CELL, deat PIXEL

Please....
6 months ago i have noticed some dry right eye, i have been to doctor giving me natural tears to cure the dryness of my eye. When the dryness gone, i have noticed a black spot floating in my eye. Maybe it was here always, i don't know but I noticed it about a Month ago. And now i know it was here and every time I see it floating around and I see it floating in my front of vision and makes me very upset and concerned. I am afraid that more spots can appear and I will lose my vision on my right eye. I read that it is connected with back eye damage coming from SUN Ultraviolet radiation. I have used to watch sun eclipses but trying to have protection.
On the other hand, it may be connected to my eye dryness???
Can be also connected with hearth and pressure problems? Does it means that it is a blood capillary or some other pressure disorder?
And finally is there any threatment, vitamins or other solution to this?
I am an computer engineer so I sit and work on a computer for at least 13 years....
I have check my vision sharpness and it seams to be fine and clear.
I hope you will understand and answer my questions by e-mail.

Thanks a lot,

You have either a floater or some problem with your retina.  See your ophthalmologist.
