Blurred Vision after Cataract Surgery

I had cataract surgery on my left eye one month ago. The lens replacement was a Vivity AcrySof IQ IOL, +18.0D. I am 20/20 Distance to arms length.  I'm very pleased with the result - even the day after surgery I was 20/20.  I have no visual problems or problems driving at night.

Three days ago I had my right eye lens replaced with a Vivity AcrySof IQ Toric IOL, +18.0D and Cyl 1.50. I noticed the next day that, although my vision was a little better that before surgery it wasn't nearly as good as the vision in my other eye.  I am 20/32 on the eye chart and that's still a little blurry.

I realize that with the Vivity lens I will still need readers but have less occurrences of night driving problems.

Here is my pre-op Rx:
OD  Sphere -1.00, Cylinder +0.75, Axis 080, Add +2.50
OS  Sphere -1.25, Add +2.50

My surgeon feels that post-op swelling is causing the blurriness but I noticed that the Cylinder is a lot stronger that my eyeglass prescription. What do you think?
