Your strabismus is not large enough to be a cosmetic problem and 98% of the people you come in contact with are not going to notice it. It's likely that a strabismus surgeon would not do any surgery for such a small amount and surgery could leave you worse off. Your left eye looks larger because the lids are retracted on the left side (likely) or that your lid on your right eye is lower than it should be (ptotic).
It is likely that a strabismus surgeon would NOT want to do additional surgery for eye alignment. If you have not consulted one in the last year or two you might want to consider it.
For your lids consider seeing an eye MD ophthalmologist that specializes in oculoplastic surgery. In the USA find one at www.aao.org It might be that an eyelid retractor recession on the L eyelid may be helpful.
Overall I would say the problem is likely much more related to depression, anxiety or innate insecurity than your true physical appearance which is quite normal appearing. Take this the right way, I suggest you see a psychiatrist and work through why these relatively minor physical blemishes are causing your such misery.

you could have eyelid surgery on one eye to match up to the other, they cut the lid, which changes shape of eye making it smaller or bigger, depends which eye you want to go with
