Bumps on inner eyelid and tear duct w/picture

The bumps are not on my waterline, but actually on my inner eyelid
I also have a bump growing on my tearduct
I've had these for 2 weeks
They're slowly growing bigger and spreading
I'm 15 years old
They don't hurt or anything else
I don't wear makeup and I haven't put anything new on my face
I basically have these bumps for no reason
Here's a picture: http://sphotos-b.xx.fbcdn.net/hphotos-prn1/524848_114434122086222_518303429_n.jpg
This picture was taken a week ago and now they're slightly bigger

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Probably a chalazion (aka stye). Can't see them b/c external site. You should use lots of hot wet compresses to help to resolve then seek a medical checkup.
Best wishes,
