Can laticca degeneration occur again after diode laser if I have nystagmus ?

Hi, I am 24 year old with weight 45.5 Kg .

I have nystagmus by birth and recently diagnosed with Degenerative laticca and got Diode laser done in my both eyes .

Distant      Right eye :      SPH -5.50 cyl -1.0 axis 160 Vn 6/6
Left eye          SPH -5.50 cyl  .0 axis 160 Vn 6/6

I am wearing contact lenses since more than 8 years , but now occasionally wearing it .I did not had any symptoms like flashes , redness etc no symptoms were there but still diagnosed with degenerative laticca in my retina in August 2018 since I also had eye check up in Sep 2017 by different Dr but he didn't diagnosed me with laticca degeneration.

Basically visited Dr for LASIK surgery suggestion.

1 )  I want to ask that will degenerative laticca will occur again when I reach age of 40-50-60 ?
2 ) Can I go for LASIK eye surgery for my farsightedness?

IMPORTANT: You are myopic (nearsighted) not farsighted (hyperopic).  Lattice occurs 6-8% of population more in high myopes like you.  (I have lattice).  It may be stable or more can develop as you get older. No way to tell.  Lattice DOES NOT GO AWAY.  If you had it before you still have it.  It is small sometimes and hard to see.  LASIK does involve some risk of creating holes/tears and breaks in lattice.  I would suggest you get a 3rd opinion from an Eye MD that specializes in Retina disease.  1. specifically to see if you have lattice or not  2. to ask about having LASIK.

I have been treated with Diode laser . After again examining my eyes Dr said holes are now repaired and I have to visit again . He also asked me if I want to get LASIK done ? I said that I will take some time to get LASIK done.

Can Lattic degeration ( holes in retina ) occur If i undergo LASIK surgery . Say I get LASIK done at 24 years age so , Are there any chances of holes occuring in retina after I rech 45-50 years of age ?
Lattice degeneration is NOT holes in the retina. It's thin areas of retina. Some lattice has holes.  Small round holes without traction normally do not need treatment or cause problems. Horseshoe shaped or holes with traction may or may not depending on location, risk factors, etc.  As I said LASIK will not cause lattice.   You may/may not develop more lattice.
Diode laser repairs holes in retina ? Low wheat germ oil in body causes holes in retina ?
Yes and no.
