Can tinea or eczema use contact lenses spread to eye? How to avoid problem?

I have tinea on my right hand from 12years ago when I started doing household work. It started on my right hand.1st on little finger, later with next 3fingrs and back of hand. now it still happen sometimes but not very serious as before. sometime I have skin peel around my 4fingers. Later on left and right wrist, but now it gone. Last 4-5years started on thigh now still here and look like eczema. My skin seem so sensitive and easy to be itchy if I wear long tight or wet clothes many hour, clean dishes or wash clothes. how to completely cure it forever? I'm a contact lenses user for 3-4years and I use them everyday. My contact lenses are always 1year disposable. I really need to use them. So, is it possible that eczema or ringworm spread to my eyes? Which part such as eyeball, or eyelid... Etc. how about other part of body?
