Retinal exam findings
I was diagnosed with peripheral pigmentary changes. Are these dangerous?
In the sense we teach ophthalmology residents they are normal. You should ask your ophthalmologist or optometrist

I'm confused. So they are considered an incidental finding?
I have no idea what is in the head of your "eye doctor" but the peripheral retina almost always how pigmentation (it come from the layer under it called retinal pigmented epethelium. So yes its normal but yes you have to ask your eye doctor what it meant to them.
