Connection between Scuba diving and floaters?

Sirs,
I am a 48 yr old male in good general health. I have recently returned from a diving vacation and for the first time in my life have been seeing annoying floaters in my left eye. Can there be a connection to the two, perhaps should I refrain from scuba diving?

I came back from cozumel 3 weeks ago on a dive trip and have been having a loater problem ever since.  I'm having a hard time even reading what i'm typing here.  Dr doesn't seem to be much help and didn't say anything about diving being a cause of the floaters.

too much of a coincidence...Mine is the same....My opthamologist says it's directly related to the dive. Get another opinion

This question has been asked before. No relationship between SCUBA and floaters OTHER than diving and looking at the blue sky make floaters more visible.

Probably coincidental. But get your eyes checked if you see sudden increase in floaters. I had floaters raining down on me immediately after a swim. It turned out to be torn retina. But i am highly myopic.
