1. I can't tell if you were over-corrected since I don't know what your surgeon was shooting for nor did you give your post op refractive error.

I suspect that your IOL power calculations were a little off, and you are now mildly nearsighted in both eyes. Good distance vision with any IOL requires that the correct power lens be implanted. Dr. Hagan has provided your likely choices. His second and third options involve monovision.
Get a second opinion. Your choices will likely include: progressive bifocals for distance vision. Contact lens on one eye for distance. Lasik on one eye for better distance vision.
