Crystalens failure

I paid $3600 for  a Crystalens. Reading is harder than it's ever been, and glasses are required for driving. Am I entitled to get my money back? I'm on Medicare, so most patients pay nothing.

I know what you are going through. The most important thing right now is to have  good vision   You will not get your money back, but you may want to look into getting that lens  exchanged for a  monofocal lens suited for you.  Medicare will pay for it and from my experience,  it is a good choice.  As Dr. Hagan wrote, use the search features.  You will find some excellent information.  Good Luck

No you are not entitle to your money back. There are no guarentees with surgery.  Use the search feature and see about the other folks that have trouble with this IOL.
