Cystoid Macular Edema and Uveitis

I am 22 years old with MS (currently inactive). I have been suffering now for almost 3 years with uveitis on and off. The past year it has been formidable. I have seen Dr. Foster at MERSI in Massachusetts, a renowned specialist and I have a retina specialist in my home town. I recently have been suffering from sub-clinical adrenal insufficiency as well as cystoid macular edema, retinal vasculitis, pars planitis.. the CME has now hit both eyes and I'm taking Pred-Forte every hour, Acular 4x daily, and Cyclogyl at night. I am fighting an uphill battle! The weird thing with the CME is this..

Everyday, at about the same times, my CME miraculously clears up in my left eye.. and gets slightly better in my right eye. I think it is related to when I eat and what I eat/ blood sugar and cortisol levels.. have you any insight on the correlation between cortisol levels or blood sugar levels and CME? The CME is worse in the morning..gets better during the day.. then gets bad again around 5-6pm. I have low blood pressure as well 90/50. Strange questions and I'm sure I'm the only one on the planet facing this odd issue...

Thanks for your time-

No CME  can be diagnosed with hand held instruments and direct observation or macular OCT which is actually preferred now to FA.

How would this patient know if the CME was cleared up.  I thought to know the presence of CME required fluoroscein angiography?

You probably are the only person dealt those cards. No I have no explanation nor any insights. Sorry.
