Dead pixel in the middle of my vision. (Not floater)

Hi all, I'm pretty worried about my current condition. Basically, whenever I blink or wave a finger/an object close to my eye (to occlude the part of the vision with the dead pixel), it appears momentarily and then disappears. It does not appear when my eyes are open, only with the above mentioned ways to reproduce the effect.

I've seen two doctors, they both performed the Iris enlarging checks and said that my eyes looked fine. I did recently have eye flashes but these have subsided. Any ideas? Anyone that has these symptoms and has gotten to the bottom of it?

You need to see an EYE MD OPHTHALMOLGOST. You need a macular OCT and a visual field and a amsler grid test.
