contrast decline

I had cataract surgery preformed two weeks ago tomorrow. At the week visit, doctor informed me the implant had moved. Near, immediate and distance vision is blurry. I also experience flashes of light from outside edge of eye. Today I noticed the contrast on the computer screen has declined. The last two weeks, the screen has been very bright, but now is more muted as before surgery. Could I be developing a "second cataract" this quickly after surgery? Or, could the problem be something else? My next visit to doctor is two weeks from today......Is this an immediate concern or can it wait? Because of synechiae, my pupil was stretched......doctor said I had more inflammation than normal and to use Pred Forte every two hours, in addition to Xibrom and Zymar. Could increased inflammation  cause the decrease in contrast? Thanks for any information you may offer.....

In your place, I'd call the surgeon's office now to get answers to those questions.

I forgot to mention, I used the Pred Forte every two hours (8 times daily) for first week only. I'm presently using Xibrom and Pred Forte   2 X daily. I'm wondering if inflammation is increasing with lower dose.....Thanks
