Distortion in one eye

How can I have tweaked vision (letters and objects appear tweaked in one eye) only.  I do not have any glasses.  Suddenly I started to experience tweaked vision in my right eye.  It has gone worse.  I had an eye exam - OCT, Dye test - Doctor says to be cheked by retina specialists and this has been since a long time.  It is very recent.  Can you tell me what the problem might be.  My family does not have any history of eye issues.....I am 32 years and never had any eye related issues or injury before...I have had headaches which the Doctor said was migraine related......Thanks

Google "Amsler grid test" read about how it tests macular function and screens for ARMD. Then read how to take the test. Then use Google Images and search amsler grid and print out a grid then test each eye separately. When you see the retina MD they will likely give you a grid to take home. Hope it turns out okay.

Dr.
Thanks much for your reply
I am going to visit the retina specialist Doctor on Monday (Feb 4th).  What is an Amsler Grid test....Also, what could be the possible causes.  Does this type of vision a known cause because my first Doctor told me that this cannot be corrected.....

I am uncertain from your post whether you are under the care of a retina Eye MD now. If not you should be. If you are then the retina Eye MD should review the results of the dye test and the macular OCT.

You should be doing a daily Amsler Grid test to monitor the distortion you are having.

You problem could be caused by problems of the cornea, lens, macula or optic nerve.
