Do I have Pinguecula?

It started off with a white dot around 2 days ago. The next day I woke up with a bloody and swollen eye but eye drops do push back the bloody veins(not completely). I ate and took alot of vitamin A and C and this morning nothing got better. I'm 16 btw.

It looks like an allergy, not pinguecula. Is the (was the) eye itchy? I believe you have a Horner-Trantas Dot (allergic nodule).
Best wishes,
