Does anyone know what causes one eye to look more magnified than the other?

I have noticed recently that my left eye seems to either sit back farther than my right eye in my head (I can try to hold my finger on my eyebrow and there is more pressure on the right eye than the left and like it sits farther forward in my head than the left or is more swollen. I have noticed that the eyelid wrinkles are deeper on the left eye. Also my vision is very different between the two. My right eye used to be my dominant eye but that has changed. My left eye makes things look very magnified and my right eye seems to be blurry more often than not. Does anybody have any ideas? I have Chiari Malformation and I had decompression surgery where they removed the bottom of my skull and the top half of the C1 vertebrae. I also still have chronic migraines and I don’t have vision insurance to go have a full work up at the optometrist. Any help would be greatly appreciated. The “magnification” of the left eye is pretty bothersome. I also have very frequent blurry vision that I can’t clear up by blinking or rubbing my eyes.

You don't need "vision insurance" and you don't need an optometrist.  You need medical insurance and your need to see an eye MD ophthalmologist.  Ask your medical team of MDs to refer you. These are very worrisome symptoms and an exam in the near future by an ophthalmologist Eye MD is in order.  Please act now.
