Does think cornea mean I'm developing glaucoma?

Had a Corneal Pachymetry and was told my cornea is 475. Does that mean I'm developing glaucoma or will develop one for sure?

No it does not mean that. It only says your cornea is thinner  than average (550 ).   It means that if the intraocular pressure (IOP) is done with Goldman Tonometer that it will read low and numbers need to be added. Thin cornea often occure in near-sighted (myopic) people.

Thank you so much, doctor! Feeling much better now. I'm very near-sighted.
Have your eyes checked yearly by an Eye MD ophthalmologist. If you have high mjyopia (glasses RX greater than about -4.00) you are at higher risk of glaucoma, macular degeneration, retinal detachment.  The risk is small but quite a bit higher than the risk for "simple myopia"
