You will need to discuss this with your pediatrician. You can also use the search feature and archives as this has been discussed many times. usually it is due to the young white eye ball (sclera) being thin in very young and seeing the blue choroid layer underneither.  There are some very very rare diseases that cause blue sclera but all the sclera not just one spot at 3 or 9 o'clock

Thank you very much Dr Hagan,
Both eyes and whole sclera is blue.
She has no any other syptoms or signs of a disease.
We dont have a family history of bone deformity.

Dose iron defeciency anemia which is common in this age group cause this blue sclera?

Thanx inadvance for your guidance and response.
Iron deficiency would not cause the problem. If the entire sclera is blue you will at a minimum discuss with your pediatrician and preferably see a pediatric ophthalmologist.   This article discusses the several causes of true blue sclera  https://www.medicinenet.com/script/main/art.asp?articlekey=201242
