Endophthalmitis or Graves Ophthalmopathy

What is the differences between Endophthalmitis and Graves Ophthalmopathy with enlarged eye muscles?
I have researched the treatment for fungal Endophthalmitis with Diflucan. Why would this not be a potential treatment for the enlarged eye muscles?
Thank-you

Cold stage means the disease "burns out" and essentially stops causing eye changes. Yes there is treatment for the eyes:  1. Treat the systemic disease,  2. Oral or injectable steroids, 2 Orbital irradiation 3. orbital decompression, 4. Eyelid retractor recession

They are not remotely similiar. Endophthalmitis is an ultra serious infection within the eye. Graves ophthalmolopathy is the effects of hyperthyroid state on the eye, eye muscles and tissues of the orbit (socket).  Graves has nothing to do with fungus infection.
