Enhancements with ReZoom lense

Are there any enhancements that can be done after a ReZoom IOL implant?  I had one implanted in my left eye which is my domiant eye 3 weeks ago, intermediate vision is sharp but the distance and near vision is below par.  My Dr. used the laser to break up post capsule cloud and that cleared up the cloudy / film issue.  
Halo's at night are expected and can deal with that.  My biggest concern is lack of distance vision in comparison to my right eye which has the AcrySof (SA60AT) implanted.  I am im my mid 30's  and I have a active outdoor lifestyle so crisp distance vision is important.  I can deal with the reading glasses.

I do not know what your plan was pre-op regarding which distance you desired from which eye. You should discuss that with your doctor. Sometimes laser enhancements can be done but I am not sure if that would help in your case.

I think your best bet would be to get additional opinions about your ReZoom vision from cataract/refractive surgeons who are very experienced with multifocal IOLs.
