Exercises for Presbyopia

My son is in his forties and is wearing glasses for the first time. He is doing exercises to increase his ability to focus clearly. I don't see how these exercises can help since the lens has become more rigid. But I don't know for sure. Is it possible to reverse presbyopia in this manner?

Yes, it can slow the progression of presbyopia.  This is my opinion.

One eye crosses inward and upward. I don't know what type that is. Would it work for that condition? I really appreciate your advice. This is an extremely helpful forum.

Can the same exercises help correct minor, but annoying, crossed eyes?
