Experience With Accommodating lens? Need HELP!!

Does anyone here have the experience about accommodating lens? I am 22 Male and a one-eye cataract patient. My left eye with mild cataract is still not operated. My right eye is fine and my left eye is with astigmatism less than 1D. My right eye is with -3.0D myopia and my left eye is -2.0D.
I want to implant an accommodating lens as I am young and I need to use computer a lot during my job. For the Synchrony hasn’t been introduced to my country yet, the doctor here suggest me to implant the Tetraflex, Crystalens or normal monofocal IOL. I think it is better to have 1D accommodating power than nothing. However, I am afraid of the PCO. Some researches show that the patients with accommodating lens would be easier to get into the PCO. Some people tell me that to have an accommodating lens as Tetraflex or Crystalens would bring me many troubles which are not worthy to suffer.
Therefore, I come to this forum to seek help. Does anyone here have the experience about accommodating lens? What is your feeling? Does the Tetraflex or Crystalens still have the accommodating power after the YAG( to deal with the PCO)? I would be very appreciated if you want to share your experiences with me.
By the way, I deadly want the one with one-eye cataract problem could share their experience and opinions with me, especially the young patient. Because someone tell me that the accommodating lens are not suitable to the ony-eye cataract patients. However, the others tell me that it is very good to them. I am really confused...
Looking forward to your reply!

I will not be able to post it quickly. MedHelp is reviewing it and the person that does this is on vacation so I suspect it could be a month or more. The information has been presented before just not in a single (very long) post/blog/article.

Your decision should not be based on whether you read it or not.

I have prepared a long post on this subject. It is being reviewed by MedHelp to be sure that are no legal issues related to the outrageous junk lawsuit industry in the USA.  Trial lawyers greatly add to the expense of medical care in the USA and dramatically slow the introduction of new medications, equipment and procedures.

You posted this same question July 17, 2013 and had a multi part discussion. There are many other discussions of the same issue you can retrieve with search feature and archives.

I have no more comment.
