Eye Irritation
Eye pains. Not itchy. Feels like theres sand inside but none. I have taken a pic which i hope to send but cant. Left Eye ball, left side, all the veins are blood filled and looks like its ready to pop. Pls help im in pain for 2 days and cant sleep well.

Given you are in pain and this has been going on for 2 days, you should immediately try and contact an Eye MD ophthalmologist. Most have 24 hr answering service and will see true emergencies and patients in pain at night on weekend or holiday. If you are not successful I would go to a large hospital ER that has Eye MD ophthalmologist on staff. Don't put this off till Monday.
