Eye/Orbit MRI with Contrast

Hi,

So I went to an Oculoplastic eye surgeon because my left eyelid droops down. It looks really puffy. So she is sending me to have an orbit MRI with contrast.

Has anyone had one before and can you see after it is done? Am I going to be able to leave the office by myself and use public transportation by myself?

Otherwise healthy people are able to have MRI with contrast and travel by public transportation. Nevertheless I would call the radiologic facility, speak with the radiology department and ask about their recommendations.
